Prototype & validate
your idea in just 4 weeks

Leverage the design sprint to develop better products, faster, and remotely.

What is the product design sprint?

The Product Design Sprint is a unique framework for rapidly solving critical business challenges, creating new products, or improving existing ones. It compresses months of work into a few weeks, saving time and money, by directly getting market feedback to your idea – without having to build it first.

Here are some examples of what you can do with the sprint:
Launch a new product or service
Add features to an existing product
Experiment with greenfield innovation
Our Process

How does it work?

Week 1

Onboarding & Setup

We kickoff the sprint process with in depth team interviews and initial research into the topic. The sprint team then convenes for an alignment workshop to define the core challenge, meanwhile we begin recruiting test users for our prototype.

Week 2

Ideation & Prototyping

This week comprises of both a solution sketching and a decision making workshop, which give us all of the necessary guidance to design our initial interactive prototype. We cap off the week with an initial round of testing.

Week 3

Iteration & Refinement

We begin this week with an iteration workshop, where we distill key insights from our user testing in order to help us refine our prototype. We spend the rest of the week implementing the feedback and finish off with another round of testing.

Week 4

Delivery & Handover

Once the user testing has been completed, we compile the results from our sprint into an executive summary, which is presented during a handover workshop along with the prototype. We wrap up the sprint with some concrete recommendations and next steps.

Product Design

Why run a sprint?

Design sprints are an effective way for entrepreneurs and early-stage startups to quickly validate and iterate on product ideas, reduce time-to-market, and save resources.
Prototype & Validate
Collaboratively design new product concept prototypes and test them with real users. Quickly determine which ideas have potential and which should be abandoned.
Reduce time-to-market
Develop a prototype and test it with users in a short amount of time, can significantly reduce the time it takes to launch your product.
Save Time & Resources
Avoid spending time and money on ideas that are unlikely to succeed.
Foster Collaboration
Product design sprints involve cross-functional teams, which can encourage collaboration across different departments.
